  • How long does it take to get my workout plan?
    Once you have completed your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email followed by an email with the link to our Workout Plan Questionnaire. This will ask some very important questions and it is important to be as accurate as possible. We will build your plan around your goals, likes and dislikes. Once we have all of this it typically takes our coaches 48 hours to produce your custom plan.
  • I don't like a few of the exercises in my plan, can I change them?
    We offer continued support throughout your journey. This includes support with particular areas of your plan. If there is an exercise you grow to dislike or struggle to master form with, it is important to let us know and we can make these alterations to the plan or coach you in better form or make minor adjustments to improve your technique.
  • How do I track my progress?
    We will track your progress with you. We ask for pictures before you start your fitness journey and then updates every 4 weeks. If, for example, you want to increase size, we recommend you take measurements as a way to track you progress. Depending on what you are looking to track, depends on how we measure your success.
  • Can I get a refund if I need to stop my plan?
    Unfortunately, we offer a no refund policy on our plans as careful planning, research and preparation go into tailoring your plan to your goals and asperations. We understand life-events happen such as injuries or illness so we are happy to pause your plan and pick things back up when you are ready!
  • What happens after I complete my meal plan purchase?
    You will receive an order confirmation email followed by an email with a link to complete our questionnaire. The information you provide us in this questionnaire gives us the information to build your meal plan. It is important to answer these questions with as much detail as possible for us to make your plan as accurate as possible. Remember, the more the plan is adapted to you, the more likely you are to stick to it rather than generic plans that are available out there.
  • How many changes can I make to my plan after I start?
    Based on your plans length there will be opportunities to make changes. Our research has shown that you are more likely to stick to a plan if you are completely happy with it. If you purchase a 4-week plan you would have to email and request a change or contact us directly. On the 8-week and 12-week plans, you will only receive plans 4 weeks in advance, which offers you the opportunity to change them every 4 weeks.
  • What happens if I feel I'm not getting the results I want?
    Our plans are based on science and nutrition. All our plans will work if you stick to them and provide us with correct and accurate information. We calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) then look at how many calories you will need on a daily basis and depending on your goals, increase or decrease calories. Not all meal plans are for weight loss. We deal with many athletes whose aim is to gain weight. No matter your goals or level of experience, if you stick to our plans and our support throughout your journey, you will get results!
  • Can I get a refund if I need to stop my plan?

  • What type of foods will I eat on your meal plan?
    We will not make you eat ANY foods you DO NOT like. This is why it is so important to complete our questionnaire with as much information as possible. This allows us to eliminate all the foods you dislike and add more of the foods you do like. This makes the plan more sustainable and means you are more likely to complete the entire course and see results.
